Iranian Committee on legal Affairs and International Relations

Today, we find ourselves at one of the most complex and sensitive junctures in our history—a moment in which we must focus on maximum-scale projects for Iran’s prosperity “Iranian Prosperity Projects” both within and beyond our borders. This is an issue that has been repeatedly emphasized by Iran’s lawful Crown Prince, Reza Pahlavi, who has highlighted the necessity of creating such initiatives. In this context, and based on the current conditions of the country where the government faces a lack of legitimacy both domestically and internationally, and the regime is on the verge of collapse, it appears essential to establish a committee to pursue legal and international affairs. This committee should include relevant experts from both monarchist and republican factions, focusing on matters related to Iran’s international development. This is particularly important because international pressures especially from the United States and European powers that are acting as a catalyst for accelerating internal changes.
ICLAIR intends to recruit distinguished, experts in law and political science from both factions, with the aim of undertaking key national responsibilities. These include engaging in international exchanges of ideas on social, economic, and judicial matters within a legal–political framework. The ICLAIR committee seeks to initiate effective steps with foreign countries under current conditions (prior to collapse) as well as during the transition period (post-collapse) such an independent body can play a constructive role within the diplomatic community by facilitating diverse consultations, with an emphasis on preserving human dignity as the fundamental pillar of stability, peace, and global security for Iranians.
It can also take meaningful, specialized actions across various international domains to help reclaim the rights that have been lost by fellow citizens. The structure and authority of ICLAIR will be composed of members from both groups, aligned with the four principles put forward under the leadership of Prince Reza Pahlavi. It will operate as a board of directors in a three- or five-member composition and will be registered and launched as a non-profit organization with annual membership fees. In addition, the committee will include several subcommittees focused on particular regions or issues, the details of which will be outlined further. These subcommittees will enable deeper examination of particular national concerns that have so far been overlooked, thereby allowing the main committee to address complex and critical matters more effectively. We believe that this important endeavor can be realized through a commitment to ethical conduct, meritocracy, and accountability. We aim to prepare ourselves to engage in dialogue with governments, criminal courts, parliaments, and international communities based on those core principles however, given the vast and potentially unlimited scope of cooperation. the “Iranian Committee on legal Affairs and international Relations” has planned to organize all relevant activities and responsibilities according to regional hubs: Europe, Central Asia, East Asia, North America, South America, Africa, and Oceania. It will also welcome and include numerous representatives from across Iran and the global Iranian community.
Objectives:

  • Expanding international relations and engaging in advocacy to increase global awareness of Iran and the aspirations of the Iranian people during the revolutionary period and after the overthrow.
  • Drawing global attention to the significant economic opportunities available in Iran in the post-overthrow era.
  • Committing to justice and equality before the law for Iranian citizens, including the implementation of transitional justice, accountability of individuals, and the recovery of assets looted from the Iranian people in the post-overthrow period.
  • Establishing connections with specialized agencies of the United Nations to promote investment and job creation.
  • Assisting in the drafting of a constitution based on the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and ensuring equality of all Iranians before the law.
To this end, key components of the Legal and International Relations Committee’s activities along with the selected international reference frameworks will be outlined as follows:
